The Client is to submit requests for bookings exclusively in written form, through PARADIGM’s email address or using the request form implemented on the website 3.2. General information or rates provided on the phone by PARADIGM to the Client are not binding.
If the user does not agree to be legally bound by all the following Conditions, he/she is not to access and/or use the Services of PARADIGM.ģ.1. “Conditions” – the terms and conditions hereby indicated and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the parties.Īny user of agrees to be legally bound by these Conditions, which shall take effect immediately.“Prohibited Goods” – any goods which are or may be illegal or prohibited under the laws of the country in which the Service is being provided, including noxious, dangerous, hazardous, flammable or explosive goods.“Service Place” – The place where the Service is scheduled to start, according to the standard procedure of PARADIGM’s Service or according to the direct arrangements between the Passenger and the Agent or the Driver.For chauffeur transportation services, the Service time corresponds to the time of the Passenger’s pick-up. “Service Time” – For airport Meet & Greet services, the Service Time corresponds to the time of the meeting between the Greeter and the Passenger.“Driver(s)” – authorised chauffeur(s) carrying out PARADIGM’s transportation services.“Greeter(s)” – local airport agent(s) engaged as subcontractor(s) by PARADIGM and representing PARADIGM by delivering the Service to the Passenger.“Passenger(s)” – the person(s) to whom the Service is delivered.“Booking” – reservation/engagement of Service which the Client paid and PARADIGM confirmed and invoiced.
“Client” – the person, organization or entity who requests and books the Service.“Service” – any airport Meet & Greet service and chauffeur transportation service arranged by PARADIGM.“PARADIGM” – Paradigm Meet & Greet srl and its parent, affiliate, associate, and subsidiary companies trading as PARADIGM, or any other trading name as may apply.In this Agreement, unless the context expressly provides otherwise, the following definitions shall apply:
